   • Master of Sciences (18 Years) in Civil Engineering with 03 years of relevant post-qualification experience, OR

2. Information Technology Officer:
   • Master of Sciences (18 Years) in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics), Computer Science, Software, Telecom, Cyber, Information Security, Geo-Informatics, Remote Sensing, Space Science, Data Science or an equivalent related discipline with 02 years of relevant experience, OR
   • Bachelor Degree (16 Years) in the same disciplines with 04 years of relevant experience.

3. Senior Assistant:
   • Sixteen (16) years of education in Civil Engineering or a relevant field with 03 years of relevant experience, OR
   • Fourteen (14) years of education in a relevant field or B-Tech Pass in Civil Engineering with 05 years of relevant experience.
