Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must be Pakistani nationals and must meet the minimum qualification, experience and number of publications (where required) for the post they apply for. The complete post-wise requirements are published at www.pifd.edu.pk, so read them carefully before applying. For the School of Graduate Studies, the advertisement asks for a PhD in Design or a Master in Design (M.Des), Art and Design. Visiting faculty candidates must meet the PIFD Faculty Appointment Criteria. Candidates applying against provincial or regional seats must belong to that province or region and may need to show a valid domicile. 3. Deposit the application processing fee through an Online Deposit slip at Habib Bank Limited, Islamic Bank, Expo Center Branch, Lahore, Account No. S039-70002688-51. A Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of Pakistan Institute of Fashion and Design is also accepted.
4. Attach your CV, the fee deposit slip and attested copies of your educational and experience documents.
5. Send the complete application to the Registrar, PIFD, 51-I/3, Johar Town, Lahore, so that it reaches the office by 26 October 2026.

Application Fee

The fee is Rs. 2,000 for Sr. No. 1, Rs. 1,500 for the posts listed in the second fee group, Rs. 1,000 for the third group, and Rs. 500 for Sr. No. 22. No processing fee is required for Sr. No. 23. Terms and Conditions

All appointments will be made on merit and according to the quotas, including provincial, regional, disabled persons, minorities and gender quotas. If a suitable candidate is not available under any quota, the respective positions shall be filled on open merit.
