The National Council for Homoeopathy (NCH) has announced new job opportunities for Pakistani nationals, both male and female. The Government of Pakistan has invited applications for five vacant posts at its Rawalpindi office. These are Assistant (BPS-15), Steno Typist (BPS-14), Lower Division Clerk (BPS-11), Machine Operator (BPS-05) and Driver (BPS-04). Each position has one vacancy. Appointments will be made on a regular basis, and the posts are non-pensionable, on a Contributory Provident Fund basis.
NCH is a body corporate established under Section 3 of the Unani, Ayurvedic and Homoeopathic Practitioners Act, 1965 (II of 1965). Working in a federal regulatory body gives you a stable career and a respectable government-sector profile. Every appointment will follow the NCH Staff Service Regulations, 1987, which keeps the process transparent and rule-based.
The vacancies suit a wide range of candidates. Graduates with computer knowledge can apply for the Assistant post. Intermediate-qualified candidates with shorthand and typing skills can go for Steno Typist. Matric-qualified applicants with typing speed can apply for Lower Division Clerk. The age limit for all posts is 18 to 25 years, with a general relaxation of 5 years already included. Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be Pakistani nationals, and both male and female candidates can apply. Candidates must hold the qualification and experience mentioned against each post. They must also meet the domicile requirement for the post: the Assistant, Steno Typist and LDC posts are open merit for all of Pakistan, the Machine Operator post is open merit, and the Driver post is reserved for Punjab domicile.
The age limit is 18 to 25 years, and age will be calculated on the closing date. A general relaxation of 5 years is already included, and further relaxation will be given as per Federal Government rules. Government servants may apply but must go through proper channel with an NOC.
Benefits
Selected candidates will be appointed on a regular basis in the relevant Basic Pay Scale (BPS-04 to BPS-15) of the Government of Pakistan. The posts are on a Contributory Provident Fund basis, so employees build a retirement fund through contributions. Employees will also get the other allowances and benefits admissible under the NCH Staff Service Regulations, 1987. Appointments will be made on a regular basis in accordance with the NCH Staff Service Regulations, 1987.
